It's time to start hauling out the grill for steaks and kabobs, at least for my family. We are ready to leave winter behind and switch from stew and chili to the lighter foods of spring and summer. I started my tomato seeds and green pepper seeds over the weekend. Looking forward to turkey season this spring. We ate turkey fajitas using the rest of our wild turkey from the freezer the other day. Very tender, the kids loved it!
