My Favorite Herbs

It's getting to be the time of year to plan my garden. This means I will be planning to grow the herbs I like to use when cooking my venison. My favorite herbs are thyme and sage. Still Working on the Freezer

We have eating up our venison hamburger lately. Made some really great meatballs and did the quick work night tacos the other day. As simple as it is to just make tacos, it still tastes great. We have ours with home-canned salsa. Love it!

If you click on the "View PDF" for that book you can access the information in that booklet for FREE. You can also order the title if you like. As a UW Extension Food Safety Volunteer, I am happy to let you… Continue

I have been working on promoting my book and am really looking forward to answering your questions and seeing where your interests lie.
